Sometimes improvisations may lead to complete failures. Sometimes you can get a nice surprise.
Here is a fantastic recipe by Statera Life :
Required ingredients for Brownie with matcha cream
1 cup of almond flour
½ cup of coconut sugar
½ cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 chia eggs
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ coconut oil, melted but not hot
1 teaspoon of bourbon vanilla
2-3 tablespoons of almond milk
Directions for preparing Brownie with matcha cream
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place a sheet of baking paper in a small tray. Mix the almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and the baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl mix the chia eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil and the almond milk. Mix the two mixtures really well. There shouldn’t be any dry parts in the mixture. If such thing happens add one more spoon of almond milk.The mixture gets thick. Pour it into the tray.
Bake for around 35 minutes. Use a toothpick to see if the brownie is ready. There shouldn’t be anything on the toothpick.
Required products for the cashew cream
1 cup of raw, soaked cashew
⅓ cup of almond milk
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 teaspoon matcha
Directions for preparing the cashew cream
Soak the cashew for a night. Drain it and rinse. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend it until it is smoooth. Pour the mixture in a bowl ( metal one if possible) and put it in a freezer for half an hour. Take it out and use a mixer to make the mixture fluffier.
Serve each piece of brownie with 2 tablespoons of cream and enjoy!
